World Without Borders has taken part in Peredvizhenie Travel Media Fest

The event took place in Pereslavl-Zalessky (Yaroslavl region) on July 20-22. The non-commercial partnership presented its projects aimed at promoting Russia for incoming tourism. The most important projects this year was Beijing-Moscow Motor Rally which had recently finished. The rally team presented a colorful photo exhibition at WWB tent at the festival.

Peredvizhenie travel Media Fest is an open non-commercial project aimed at supporting and developing tourism and traveling in Russia. The first day of the festival was devoted to an open discussion on children’s recreation, and the topic of the second day was a round table meeting devoted to the current opportunities and challenges of Russian tourism. Travel market professionals, media representatives and both federal and regional tourist authorities took in the meeting. 

One of recreational events of the festival was a short one day long motor rally organized by WWB team. The route ran around the beautiful Pleshcheevo lake in the Pereslavl nature reserve and included all the main nature and historical sights of the neighborhood. Grigory Aleshin, the editor of Four Wheel Drive magazine, worked as a volunteer guide. On of the cars was driven by Head of Hotel and Tourist Business Analysis and Organization department of the Russia Federal Agency for Tourism Andrey Tutunnik.
